Graduate Management Trainee Program
Sims offers a select group of recent college graduates the guidance and opportunities they need to develop their skills and grow their careers in a rewarding environment. The Graduate Management Trainee Program provides extensive training, both on-the-job and through company training programs in a structured development program which provides exposure and experience to most aspects of the business.

Intern Program
Internships provide college students with a challenging work experience in the metals recycling industry and an opportunity to expand their knowledge and understanding of work in a professional environment. Sims has a limited number of internship opportunities each year.
